MPI pays shipping charges for all scheduled and non-rush orders for partners and volume customers
MPI extends payment terms to net 60, net 90 for partners
MPI absorbs inventory burden by stocking volume product and scheduling JIT deliveries to the customer

One aspect of working with MPI that is of great value to our customers is our expertise in not only sourcing product from the open market but in receiving and inspecting excess product for quality purposes. We have a stringent QC process in place and we have years of experience researching, inspecting and handling product purchased from the open market, ensuring the quality of the product we ship to customers everyday.

MPI guarantees the product we sell is new and factory-packaged (unless otherwise specified). We guarantee parts for fit, form and function, and all product is handled according to standard electro-static and ISO procedures.

Return Policy:
MPI stands behind the products we sell and will always remain accountable for product found to be defective or other than what was ordered. Therefore our return policy for our manufacturing partners and customers is open for product found to be defective or incorrect. We market and sell customers' excess material with a standard 30-day return policy unless otherwise specified.
